Job Type: Full-time, Commission Only
Location: Business Bay, Dubai (Exchange Tower)
Company: Amroz Real Estate LLC
Reference ID: AMROZ-RE-2026

Are you an entrepreneur at heart? Stop giving away 50% of your hard-earned commission.

Amroz Real Estate is rewriting the rules of the Dubai property market. We believe that the agent is the engine of the industry, and engines need fuel, not restrictions. That’s why we offer an industry-disrupting 70% Commission Split in your favor—one of the highest in the market—empowering you to build substantial wealth while operating from our prime headquarters in Exchange Tower, Business Bay.

We are looking for ambitious, "hunter" mindset Real Estate Agents who are ready to dominate both the Off-Plan and Secondary markets. Whether you are an experienced broker tired of low splits or a sales professional from another industry ready to break into real estate, Amroz provides the infrastructure, the inventory, and the legal framework for you to succeed.

Why Join Amroz Real Estate?

We don't just offer a job; we offer a platform for your business.

1. Unrivaled Earning Potential (70/30 Split)

  • While the industry standard hovers at 50%, we pay you 70% of the gross commission on every deal.
  • Scenario: Close a standard AED 2M property deal. The gross commission is AED 40,000. You take home AED 28,000. In a traditional agency, you would only keep AED 20,000. That’s an AED 8,000 difference per deal.

2. Strategic Career Growth & Visa Sponsorship

  • We invest in winners. Upon reaching a cumulative sales volume of AED 2 Million (approx. 1-2 standard transactions), Amroz Real Estate provides full UAE Residency Visa Sponsorship .
  • Legal Compliance: We provide immediate temporary work authorization (MOHRE Labor Card) during your probationary period to ensure you operate with full legal peace of mind from Day 1.

3. Elite Inventory & Developer Access

  • Sell what the market wants. We have direct access and inventory with top-tier developers including Reportage Properties (e.g., Reportage Village, Wadi Al Safa) and Imtiaz Developments (e.g., Westwood, Al Furjan).
  • Our portfolio spans high-ROI off-plan projects and ready-to-move secondary market units in prime locations like Palm Jumeirah, Downtown Dubai, and Dubailand.

4. Performance-Driven Marketing Power

  • Don't just list; dominate. We provide access to the UAE's premium property portals—Bayut, Dubizzle, and Property Finder.
  • Gamified Access: Marketing support is unlocked based on performance. Demonstrate your ability to convert, and we will back you with featured listings, premium credits, and lead-generation campaigns.

5. Full-Stack Admin & CRM Support

  • Focus on selling, not filing. Our dedicated admin team handles your Form A/B contracts, MOU preparation, and developer registrations.
  • Access to a state-of-the-art CRM system to manage your leads and inventory efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Proactively source buyers, sellers, and investors through cold calling, networking, and social media channels.
  • Consultative Selling: Conduct deep-dive consultations with clients to understand their investment goals (ROI vs. End-Use) and match them with suitable properties in our portfolio (e.g., off-plan villas in Dubailand or waterfront apartments in Creek Harbour).
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on RERA regulations, market trends, and developer payment plans to act as a trusted advisor to your clients.
  • Viewings & Negotiations: Coordinate and conduct professional property viewings. Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to achieve a successful close.
  • Transaction Management: Collaborate with our admin team to ensure all RERA documentation (MOU, SPA) is executed correctly and compliantly.

What We Are Looking For

This is a high-performance role. We are looking for:

  • Sales DNA: Proven track record in sales (Real Estate, Automotive, Insurance, or Luxury Retail). You must be comfortable with commission-only structures.
  • Resilience: The ability to handle rejection and keep pushing. Real estate is a numbers game; persistence is key.
  • Communication: Fluency in English is mandatory. Proficiency in Arabic, Russian, French, or Chinese is a massive advantage given Dubai’s diverse investor base.
  • Mobility: A valid UAE Driving License and own vehicle are highly preferred for conducting viewings.
  • Tech Savvy: Ability to use CRM tools, social media (Instagram/LinkedIn/TikTok) for personal branding, and property portal backends.
  • RERA Certification: Existing RERA Broker ID is a plus. If you are new, we will guide you through the RERA training and certification process.

The Financial Reality (Transparency Section)

  • Role Type: 100% Commission Based (No Basic Salary).
  • Projected Income:
  • Average Performer: AED 15,000 – AED 30,000 per month.
  • Top Performer: AED 50,000 – AED 100,000+ per month.
  • Note: Real Estate is not a "get rich quick" scheme. It requires hard work, long hours, and dedication. But at Amroz, the payoff is 70% yours.
