We are a small, family-run business and a genuinely fun place to work. We’re looking for a reliable and organised Part-Time Administrator to support our day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for someone looking for flexible, school-friendly hours and who enjoys working in a supportive, close-knit team.

Key Responsibilities

  • General administrative duties including
  • Preparing and editing documents using Microsoft Word
  • Maintaining spreadsheets and basic reporting using Microsoft Excel
  • Assisting with invoicing, records, and financial administration
  • Supporting the team with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required

About You

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage your time effectively
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team
  • Friendly, approachable, and reliable

Desirable (but not essential)

  • Previous experience using Sage accounting software
  • Experience in an administrative or office support role
