We are currently seeking a reliable, customer-oriented, and sales-driven individual to join our team as a Customer Service and Sales Representative. This is a remote position where you’ll play a vital role in ensuring a seamless experience for our customers—many of whom are planning important events such as weddings, birthdays, and corporate gatherings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer and respond to incoming phone calls and emails from customers

• Provide information about party rental equipment and availability

• Call and follow up on leads to generate new business opportunities

• Address customer inquiries and concerns related to product availability, order timing, and event needs

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our system

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely deliveries and smooth operations

• Deliver a positive and professional customer experience from first contact to post-event follow-up

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience (BPO sales experience or party/event rental industry experience is a plus)

• Ability to work independently in a remote setup

• Customer-first mindset with a proactive approach to inquiries and issues
